Haven't checked their board, but if all those negative posters are starting to come around, then something BIG must be about to happen. ;D

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2004--U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. (OTCBB: UCAD) announced today that Langley Park Investment Trust Plc was admitted to the Full List of the London Stock Exchange and that dealings in Langley shares commenced on Oct. 7, 2004. U.S. Canadian had previously signed an agreement with Langley to engage in a transaction for the funding of the company. Langley has been established specifically to invest in U.S. micro cap companies with long-term growth potential.
Langley has entered into a "lock-up" agreement with U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. pursuant to which it has agreed not to trade U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. shares it will receive as a result of this transaction for a period of two years from the closing date. In full payment for the shares of U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc., Langley will issue to U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. $9,005,355 USD equivalent of its shares at a price per share valued at One Pound Sterling.
Fifty percent of Langley's shares issued to U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. will be held in escrow for two years following their issuance and in the event the per share market price of U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. common stock at such time is less than the per share value of U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. stock at the time of the closing, Langley shall be entitled to the return out of escrow a percentage of the investment company's shares equal to the market value of such decline. The remaining shares held in escrow shall be released to U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. at the time of any such release back to Langley.

Only 1.4 b! I think that is great and had hoped for a little commentary from Noah or Deb but since not I will. I think on Wed the tree never shook enough sells out so they had to go back to 2 & 3. I'll guess the # of shares today were some that bought at 2 yesterday making a quick turnaround which helps the MM's as they can short again to cover 1st pixie dust share. But they are loosing the longer war as the shares are no longer large enough to make a good profit. Any comments please do. AL

Hi Al, I bought at .0002 the day before yesterday and .0003 yesterday. I don't think anyone but an MM can successfully swing trade this yet. As far as I know there have been no retail sales at .0003 and I won't be selling anywhere near that whole decimal column. They will have to move the decimal point at least one and probably 2 places to get me to part with 1 thin share.
I am 100% convinced there is a naked short in this stock. I have been putting my money where by big mouth is and buying, buying more, and buying some more still. We do have some great stocks that CT is feeding us and the decisions of what to buy are tough. I did manage to get some AMGJ and am enjoying the 44% rise in share price already-AMGJ will go up much further IMO -but at .0003 it is difficult to not buy more CMKX. I think the squeeze play is all set. They need to cover the UCAD dividend and they are short there-or cover their CMKX short. If they buy the UCAD-they will need to buy the next divdend and the next. It is pay now or pay now and pay again and again. I think they will cover CMKX. But either way we win. They will eventually cover and until they do our dividend JV partners are going up in price and adding to our value to put us on a better exchange and that will make them cover. IMO-Debi

DEBI Just a hunch. You said bought UCAD didn't say how much, but guess from the timing around $9.50. Youv'e heard my rule before on another board. My greed kicks in over 10%. I think this rise is temporary due to the Europe deal and will drop when that is wrung out. There financial don't really support this price. (unless of course there is hidden CMKX data) VAN

Hi Van, I am looking at UCAD as a short term, short cover. I was thinking it may hit $14 but I drew that number out of thin air. I don't own that much and I hate to tell you what I paid for it. More than I should have, but I can sell it profitably soon and will keep an eye on level II.
Thanks-Debi Hi Noah. Looking for a great day here. I think RNKE may spike on the deal with Cornell ( I dislike Cornell but RNKE needs them -it is about all they could hope to get). A day trade for me and I will keep an eye on that too. -IMO -Debi

It is amazing, the power the MMs have. There is no way, with all the good stuff going on, that CMKX is worth .0005. We should be5 X that or more. I guess, we will need the big BOMBS to break free from this crap. 1. O/S 2. OTCBB 3. GOOD drilling results When will those come out? Only UC and D Roger Glenn know. This is STILL a good company. The PPS is NOT reflective of the value we have here. Once we have the O/S, the MMs cannot play on people's fears. The mineral claims DO have a value, the O/S will allow us to measure that value, THEN the MMs best step aside. ﻡﻮﻴﻟﺍ ﺔﻛﺮﺸﻟﺍ ﻊﺿﻭ ﻦﻋ ﻞﻴﻠﺤﺘﻟﺎﻫ ﻲﻨﺒﺠﻋﺃ http://christiantrader.proboards28....i?board=diamond ﺭﺎﺼﺘﺧﺎﺑ ﺔﻤﺟﺮﺗ ﻦﻋ ﺔﻳﻮﻗ ﺭﺎﺒﺧﺎﺑ ﻻﺍ ﺭﺮﺤﺘﻳ ﻦﻟﻭ ﺮﻌﺴﻟﺎﺑ ﻥﻮﻤﻜﺤﺘﻳ ﻕﻮﺴﻟﺍ ﻉﺎﻨﺻ ﺕﺎﻓﺎﺸﻜﺘﺳﻻﺍ ﻦﻋ ﺓﺯﺎﺘﻤﻣ ﺞﺋﺎﺘﻧ ﻭ ﺔﻴﻤﺳﺭ ﻕﻮﺳ ﻰﻟﺍ ﻡﺎﻤﻀﻧﻻﺍ ﻭ ﻢﻬﺳﻻﺍ ﺩﺪﻋ ﻲﻣﺎﺤﻤﻟﺍ ﻭﺍ ﺔﻛﺮﺸﻟﺍ ﺐﺣﺎﺻ ﻻﺍ ﻢﻠﻌﻳ ﻻ ﻰﺘﻣ ﺓﺪﻴﺟ ﺔﻛﺮﺷ ﻝﺍﺰﺗﻻ ﻲﻫ ﺎﻣﻮﻤﻋ __________________ ﺢﻟﺎﺻ ﻮﺑﺃ Things that make you say HMMM? www.indexsignal.com/vb/

Hi Van -Good one. I now have 69 Million. Working on getting my 70 million. Then it will be 77 M illion if this thing stalls. My husband and I practiced our dancing lesson in the kitchen this AM. We need help. Too bad you live so far away. I did buy a tango video. So maybe if we watch that it will help. I am definitely enjoying the lessons.
On proboard 32 there are some who sold at .0003 today as a test. They got snapped up. They had bought at .0002 the other day and wanted to turn it. That is funny because in any other stock 50% would look good. I couldn't bring myself to sell at .0011 so it isn't likely at .0003. -Debi
