Thank you CanIplay2. I thought that last time and that is why I didn't sell a morsel. Well I actually sold 1 million at .0009 and bought it right away for .0007. That was the extent of my swing trade.
This time it is slightly different for a couple of reasons. We now are receiving dividends in some other mining stocks which also own CMKX and their own mines. These will add immediate and subsequent value even if restricted. We are close to filing since Roger Glenn said the financials are being looked over. We have ongoing work on the properties our claims are on and people have given us bid bucks after meeting with Roger and Company in Canada. This stacks up to more of a buy than a sell. So even .0011 doesn't look too appealing to people who have done their homework.
What is different for me this time is I bought enough shares to be able to do a swing trade with up to 20% of my shares if I think it will be worth it. I also have about 5 million shares I have bought since 8/31 and are not eligible for the UCAD or GEMM dividend. I don't know the CIM date but I will look it up before trading. I think many shareholders would like a free share position and stay long with the rest. This is a pink though so there will be plenty who take the money and run. The question is how much money?
When the filing comes out we will have the share structure. This will automatically raise or share price in relation to the number of shares. I think the present price assumes 800 Billion shares out and nothing but potential in the Falc area. IF we have 400 BIllion the price should double. 200 Billion and the price should be multiplied by 4 or .0012. Now if we have diamonds that are anything like Shore Gold's or De Beer's we could be .05-.10 with 800 Billion Shares, .10-.20 with 400 BIllion shares and .20 to .40 with 200 Billion Shares. This doesn't count a short squeeze, or other positive information that could make this the mining stock of the century. We know we have sold %'s other companies but we got a piece of their pie for it. We don't even know what is in their pies yet IMO.
This sounds like hype, I don't want it to. I want people to sanely decide what they think we have that made these mining companies fork over cash and stock. What made Roger Glenn take a company like CMKX. Why is it hounded by Stock Patrol and a host of other rags when there are better candidates to go after if they were sincere?
I have said I want people to plan their exit strategy. That may mean get some of your investment off the table at a double. That is what many savvy penny investors do. But they don't usually have a CMKX. I think taking your investment plus some profit is smart and I intend to do so. But I don't want to do so too early. I am going to post a tentative selling scenario on a separate thread. I am not encouraging anyone to sell and I am not hyping for anyone to buy. I want to stimulate thinking so when and if the opportunity arises you will not be led by the emotions that will come with seeing a million shares selling for $15,000.00. If you have 10 million shares and see $150,000.00 that is hard to watch it go back to .01 and be $10,000 or $100,000.00. You get the idea. I will end this post here and pick up this thought on a separate thread soon. -IMO-Debi
