Relax! You guys are going to hurt yourself. Can anyone tell me how long it's been since AZMN traded on the TSX? I didn't think so. As previously explained, a change in accountants last year, is what caused the move from the OTC:BB to the Pink Sheets. The new accountant assured the company he was certified to comply with the new Sabanes-Oxley act. Since the SEC was dragging their heels deciding if he really was certified, rather than wait, the company obtained yet another accountant who was already approved. He completes his audit, but Price Waterhouse still has to sign off on the filing. What Price Waterhouse is actualy being required to do, is sign off that the work THEY did over a year ago, was indeed correct. Since AZMN is no longer a client of PW because of their exorbitant fees, guess why we keep getting stuck on the bottom of the pile. AZMN has been, and always will be, a fully reporting company. If you want to gripe, call Price Waterhouse. The books are in order. The filings will be made. Trading will then reume on the OTC:BB and the TSX. Again, you are reading old news. We have a member who has been posting for some time about his inability to buy shares on the TSX. I would have explained all this, but I thought you knew. Chill CT

This has been in the cards for some time. Shouldn't be a surprise to the investment community. Reason for suspended trading has to do with the requirements which we all know Azco currently doesn't have. Such as having a certain amount of money in the bank to push the properties forward. For a full explantion from the TSX, see this link: www.tse-cdnx.com/en/pdf/TSXMiningRequirements.pdf

jman, One of our international members just called and wanted me to thank you for freeing up those shares. We're all here for the same reason, I hope. That reason, is to make money, to build God's Kingdom. Whether it's CMKX, AZMN, or XYZ, the important thing is that we take what we have, offer it to God, let Him bless it and multiply it, so we can fulfill the mission he created us for. Amen? Blessings CT

Just to make sure everyone is clear, today's news was not news. You can always determine REAL news by one factor, it's NEW! AZMN has not traded on the TSX since last November when trading was halted due to the delinquent financial filings which were explained in my previous post. As of today, trading was suspended. (halted - suspended, you say potato, i say............) Should AZMN choose to continue to trade on the TSX, they have until August 20th 2005 before official de-listing takes place. That's where they parade you out in front of the fort, remove your epaulets, rip the buttons from your coat, and snap your sword in half across their knee. The TSX is a non-issue. In some respects it has become almost as bad as the Berlin exchange (imo), where buying stocks is akin to doing your Christmas shopping out of the trunk of a car. You don't know who the stuff really belongs to and the merch definitely doesn't come with a warranty. "Psssss, hey you, need a T.V.? How 'bout a nice fur coat for the little lady?" The filings are back to PW for the final sign-off. In other words they now have to swear, that what they said to the SEC, is really what they said to the SEC. Fun, huh? Once this wrinkle is ironed out, the OTC:BB is simply a stepping stone back to the AMEX from whence we came, but the way things are shaping up, it could be the NASDAQ this time. (imho) So, in a 3 point sermon, here it is. #1) Halt #2) Suspend #3) De-listing (a year away) Have a blessed week-end! CT
