Is it possible that they were sold to the mm's to cover their short position? Would he put his own personal shares of common stock out there? All the prices are just below market value looking at the chart...must have been an arranged deal...maybe somebody knows more about this than I do, but if he needed the $, first why sell at below market value, and next why not wait until after the dividend distribution? any ideas?

i wonder if someone can call Chris H. re: CEO selling shares? i always believed its not a good thing when an insider or CEO starts selling their companies shares. i am sure there is a good explanation for this.

It's interesting that he sold at $3.42 for a grand total of $484,378. This was just before the big run up of UCAD which Rendal had predicted at the races. He most likely already knew they were in for a run. On the surface you would think it was quite foolish of him to sell low. Did he sell them to someone whom he wanted to have the shares? Did he buy into another companies shares with the proceeds? Who bought the shares? Had Rendal visited Vegas once too often? Who put the bop in the shubop…shubop… Questions….. questions….. questions…….
