God could have thought the world into existence, or waved his hand, but he didn't. He spoke it. Today Greenspeak spoke, and the world breathed a collective sigh of relief. It was inevitable. The only way he could lower rates 1st quarter next year to further stimulate the economy, is to raise them now. Just follow the bouncing ball...........
If you're looking to buy a house you're going to jump before rates go any higher, (oh me, oh my) and if you're selling a house, you just raised the price because you know buyers are overwhelmed with desperation to buy while they can still afford it.
If you follow the International Press, the pundits are calling for a collapse of the U.S. housing market.
