We took a direct hit to the bow of the good ship CMKX today, but with all the damage control reports in, it seems the crew is calm and relaxed this evening, in spite of the days events.
For what it's worth, I'm proud of you all. No Henny Penny, "sky is falling" ranting, shows me we have a lot of mature investors onboard.
Even the disciples got a little freaked out during a storm and rushed down to wake Jesus who was sleeping right through it. "Hello!, Jesus, we've got a little trouble up here, sorry to disturb your rest my Lord, but we could use a little HELP!!!"
Jesus stretched, (maybe even scratched) wiped the sleep from his eyes, went topside, stretched out his hand and said those most marvelous words:
"Peace be still".
The disciples were in awe. "Who is this dude that even the wind and sea obey him?" They were about to find out.......and make history in the process.

If you're still smirking over CRS, that's OK, but if you've failed to lock in your profits to protect against any possible sell-off tomorrow, I'm sending you to your room for a week. With no TV! Always protect your profits, they are tomorrow's seed.
The markets were all confused today. First we hear No Russian oil, then we get a good Beige Book (ever wonder why it's Beige?), then it's rumored we Will have Russian oil, so surprisingly, along with everything else that happened, we did manage to turn the early sell-off into a late stage rally, which unfortunately weakened as we moved into the close. I suspect a follow through on the weakness which will hopefully head north by mid-morning.
Tomorrow we are going to learn some crucial information about CMKM Diamonds. Not from UC, not from the company, not from a report, this revelation will come from the shareholders. On the back of good news we watched the share price drop 40%. If "the long and strong" truly believe in the company, we should break above .0005 as buyers storm the gate. If the "long and strong" only bought the story, and not the company, we could lose support at .0003. The true strength of CMKX right now, lies not in mergers, confusion, aerial surveys or cloak and dagger activities. The fate of CMKX lies in the hands of the shareholders. Which way will the pendulum swing? I don't know. I do know I'm posting early tonight so I can get in line to make sure I have a front row seat to watch the action.
Has God ever given you the answer to a question before it was asked? If you were watching the board this afternoon you saw it unfold in real time. I even put in my mid-afternoon post, "I don't know why I'm writing this" or something to that effect, and then as soon as I hit post, someone had asked the question I was in the process of unwittingly answering. I live for those God moments....... I really do!
There was so much to choose from tonight, quite frankly, I got tired of shopping. But here's what I found >
