Notes from Joels IBC call! by Dr.D

2 issues
1. Where CMKX is

Points to Jun 03 PR
Encouraging results, Joel says, is not pointing to Carolyn but the Aerial Survey results that have been finished.
Joel asserts that they compared the old and new Aerial Survey Maps, identified very encouraging targets, and are moving the trucks to the locations, some of which doesn't have roads cut to them! It will take some time!
Transfer Agent and the need for Audit points to the fact that Urban sees that the PR's are not uping the PPS where it shopuld go so they hire Edwards and Angell's Mr. Roger Glenn.
June 16th Pr - Glenns quote for being hired on:
1. To help with Corporate issues such as joint ventures, claims, etc...
2. Securities problems - Glenn says he was retained to resolve the problems that CMKX has been having concerning securities!
Joel asserts that this is due to the heavy volume of shares traded and the holding down of the PPS!(MM problems is shorting) Joel aslo states that the review by Urban probably pointed to the fact that their are more issues in brokerage accounts and being traded that are actually outstanding.
This is not a case of dilution by Urban or he would have been stupid to have brought E & A in to deal with the problem! Joel stated that if Urban had floated 500 billion O/S into the market that would be the death nail for CMKX!
Since the Jun 4 PR where the announcement was made to hire the Law Firm the volume has changed from 20 to 24 billion to 1 to 2 billion!
Joel went on to say that there was more positive buying with PR about the signing on of the Law Firm than there was with the Pr's concerning Carolyn!
O/s will and is being determined and the obvious fact that the shares sold and being held far exceed the O/S and will be dealt with by Glenn!
He reviewed that:
1. The excitement was not necessarily over Carolyn, but the Aerial Survey results
2. They were moving the trucks to the target sites to begin drilling
3. Glenn is there to deal with the securities issue and the MM's along with corporate security/protection
He stated he was a share holder and not affiliated with CMKX in anyway. He bought all of his shares at .0001 and that we would never see .0001 AGAIN!
Then they cut him off with a commercial! IBC sux!
Some may want to add to this if I missed anything significant!

this portion of Joels statement agrees to what I have heard talking to Ron, urbans brother last weekend at the races.
Joel asserts that they compared the old and new Aerial Survey Maps, identified very encouraging targets, and are moving the trucks to the locations, some of which doesn't have roads cut to them! It will take some time!
Ron was talking to us about how it is nececary to cut trees and have the area cleared in order to get there with equipment. He was saying how they hire a company that gets it cut and ready fot them and they get paid by taking the logs and selling them.
so it goes along the same lines of what Joel is saying.
that one of those new areas and drill locations will be in an area that is obviously hard to reach, threes, woods, and it has to be made ready to become accesible.

I will say this about that... If Joel commented that we are working on new sites that have no roads.. then I suspect he is in direct communication with Urban or Ron. Ron Casavant told me this past Sunday, at the races, that our new location could only be accessed after we called in a timber crew to cut down thousands of acres of trees. CMKX is replanting seedlings so please don't any basher start in on the ecological implications here.
Joel knows more than he alludes to.

I listened and this is a good summary of what was said. It was great to hear some positivity on IBC about CMKX. I hate the way they cut people off, very unprofessional.
