.06s and imo a good opportunity for nice profits in a couple weeks and over the next year or so. IESV's end plan is to be a MAJOR BioGas production Co..... They are NET profitable and are on the way to completing that goal with the completion of this "first of several" Anaerobic Digestor in Idaho.... www.aginfo.com/reportView.cfm?recordid=1875

Here's some more from the same site. Notice the dates. I'll post the "updated PR" net. lolol. IESV is very close..... The third link is particularly interesting as it throws around some big revenue numbers when the whole Magic Valley Project is complete. I am assuming Intrepid will be involved at all levels and therefore will be collecting the bulk of those revenues. If they are as good as I think they are, those revenues will translate to very large bottom line numbers. www.aginfo.com/reportView.cfm?recordid=1347 www.aginfo.com/reportView.cfm?recordid=1097 www.aginfo.com/reportView.cfm?recordid=1110 www.aginfo.com/reportView.cfm?recordid=913 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's the latest. ... Intrepid Technology Installs First of A Kind Alternative Energy System IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, Aug. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (ITR) (OTCBB:IESV), an alternative and renewable energy company has begun the final stages of construction on ITR's methane gas refinery located near Rupert, Idaho with the arrival today of the twin 35,000 gallon steel digester tanks. The installation of the digester and mixing tanks along with the ancillary connecting systems will take approximately four weeks to complete and the remaining requirements of the completed system will take an additional week. ITR will begin fueling the digester by the first week in September. The first animal waste to be processed will take a month to complete. The digesters will thereafter be capable of processing a 35,000-gallon tank in 5 days. The digesters operate on a continuous fill basis and therefore require no down time for re-loading. The digesters, which were designed by Utah State University, are unique in that the processing time is dramatically reduced and they produce gasses that contain methane, or combustible gas, which regularly exceed 80% of the total gas generated. This allows ITR to use a variety of end user markets. They include piping it directly to a customer, distributing the gas into an existing pipeline, compressing the gas or liquefying it. The gas produced from the first refinery will be sold for industrial or transportation fuel. Approximately one month after beginning operations gas production from the refinery should attain optimal results. ITR notes that the system, a first of its kind, has generated considerable interest within the dairy and livestock industry nationwide. This reinforces the belief that demand for the proprietary anaerobic digester systems will remain robust; especially as abundant and reliable new energy sources are needed globally. Intrepid Evaluates Offers on Gold Property to Accelerate Development of Alternate Fuel Plants
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, Aug. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (ITR), a renewable energy company (OTCBB:IESV), announced today that they have received multiple offers from recognized buyers on their Montana gold property located near the ghost town of Garnet in southwestern Montana.
Offers meet or exceed the minimum price that Intrepid has set on the property and include cash and royalties on the smelter revenues along with penalties should the mine not be opened within a minimum period of time. One offer requires the reasonable cooperation of the surface property owner, which ITR will attempt to negotiate. ITR will in the most expeditious manner possible select one of the offers which will allow the buyer a short period of time to further evaluate the geology of the mine.
The recoverable gold at ITR's property holds approximately 450,000 recoverable ounces of gold without encountering any high-grade intercept. After preliminary due diligence and inspections of the property it is believed that the likelihood of a high-grade intercept is reasonable. Such an intercept would significantly increase the value to ITR through the smelter royalties.
This sale will allow ITR to appreciably escalate their build out of anaerobic digester plants in southern Idaho and will result in accelerating the expansion of the nearly completed Whiteside refinery and allow construction to begin on the second methane refinery as early as the end of 2004. The sale of the Garnet mine will have a substantial and materially significant effect on ITR's ability to become a leader in the burgeoning alternate fuels industry
