You may be on to something. We should see how the CIM dividend pan's out tomorrow.
Of course I would like a tender offer. But I can also see the various dividends holding pieces of CMKX that are spun out, leaving the short shot shell behind. The dividends get rolled into an IPO and it does very well. The short shares get bought out at a reduced value since the claims and the minerals are not in them. Just the value of the short. Which should be high but not as high as the value of it with diamonds.
So that is my thought at almost midnight here. Good Night. _Debi

This is getting very interesting to say the least. I am hoping that we do get a cash buy out offer (tender offer) for our CIM dividend. Either way, I am beginning to think that one of the many proposed scenarios may be coming into play.
There was a hypothesis a while ago that proposed CMKX was so heavily shorted it may need spin out all its value into a variety of other vehicles via dividends and leave behind it's short ridden shell. It would then merge those dividend companies into a roll up IPO and as a last piece of the pie allow the shorts to cover the empty shell since the shell's value could be covered at a much lower cost than trying to cover a stock that has a huge supply of minerals that possibly include diamonds.
With or without the CIM dividend being cash, this scenario may have credence. For those who worry that they may be too late to the party if they are missing some of the earlier dividends, I would say I don't think so.
My guess and this is completely just a guess at a possible scenario (could it be any less definite?) is that every single piece of the pie has more value than the present price even the empty shell.
GEMM dividends are still coming for present purchases. It seems to me if this is what is occurring then the final roll up value will be percentage based on the number of shares and prices of each component except the CMKX shell.
So you would have all your dividend shares rolled into one big company which will go on the Nasdaq board IMO. It could be AMEX but I would not be surprised to see Nasdaq.
The last piece of the pie -the CMKX shell could then have a buyout offer for cash. It could be via settlement or force of necessity as the company goes on another board.
This is a rehashing of many people's theories. I can't keep track of all the players and I have read them all. So it could be Sterling's, Dr. D's, Zen's, or a composite of all theirs and more.
I think that is the beauty of stock message boards for a stock like CMKX. I don't think anyone has the full picture but we seem to be dancing all around it.
I am still liking CMKX a lot and bought some more yesterday. Please use caution and do not invest more than you are prepared to lose.
This stock may or may not pan out. The ability to get the shorts to cover may or may not happen and even if this stock is as wildly successful as we hope it will be there is no guarantee that it will be or how long it will take to occur.
This is all IMO and God Bless Us Everyone! -Debi

For those of you that haven't done it, go to etrade.com. At the top of the page where is says "quotes" type in CMKM (not CMKX) and see what you get. There are four stocks listed and one of them I don't what it is. It is listed as a NASDAQ stock. What is that.
BTW you don't have to be a member to do this or log in. Just go the the site and type in CMKM

******************************************** Debi, Are you saying that my cmkx might not be worth much, if anything.....
I leave about 4 p.m. today....and am finding it interesting that just as all this is happening, I will be away from my computer.......
I will be in Las Vegas, however, and perhaps, I am to be in the "land" ahead of the those attending the party, to pray for God's will to be done there. I certainly will be praying...... I am still not sure if I can find anyone to take care of my pets, so it is up to the Lord as to whether I return to Las Vegas for the party. I would like to attend the church service if I am able to attend, so would like to know where and when that service is being held. Any information would be helpful. Also, any information as to events, such as, Christian Traders get togethers, that you may know about, would be appreciated.
Blessings, Adah

Hi Terry. No! I think CMKX is awesome and still a buy. I am trying to restrain myself from being a pumper.
I think this will reward the long term shareholders proportionally since they will have more dividends. The recent UCAD and CIM and for the very long even more CIM from last year. Also there was a 2 for 1 forward split in CMKI last year I think.
GEMM has two rounds of dividends coming. These dividends have value. Once again longs are rewarded-if you had this before October 1 you will recieve the first round of GEMM. Now the new buyers (I bought more yesterday) will get the next round of GEMM.
It looks like things are happening quickly now so the rollup could occur soon (if there is one). The last part of this possible plan would be a buyout of the CMKX shell or a run to cover. People could sell on the increase of a spike or profit from a settlement or buyout as the last step. I think if the buyout is all you got it would be profitable buying at .0002.
Something is happening. I think it is big. I think CMKX is a buy still BUT I have to caution people that this is still a pink sheet stock and speculative. Don't risk what you cannot afford to lose. This is my opinion and you should not make a decision to buy or sell without your own DD. IMO-Debi
