A little while longer - CIM/UCAD Divy

It is going to take some time for the CIM and the lagging UCAD shares to settle into our accounts so let’s try and be patient.
The brokerage firms still haven’t received the UCAD shares into their accounts yet for the dividend. This is good news in my opinion. The DTC and associates are perplexed by the discrepancies and are having to readjust without implicating themselves in this debauchery. The CIM on top of this along with the soon coming 3:1 forward on the UCAD has things really moving in my opinion.
The manipulators should be at the tables by now making provisions to acquire the necessary shares to resolve the failures to deliver on the dividends. UCAD will be the most urgent in my opinion due to the 3:1 forward record date coming on 25 Oct and the restrictions placed on the shares. If they are short on the UCAD dividend to CMKXers and the DTC is scrambling now, then the longer they wait the more fuel that will be added to the fire. I believe they will try and resolve this very soon before it is out of control. The cost to cover CMKX compared to the dividend costs are moving very close together in my estimates. The manipulators are not going to walk away from the table happy if Rendal, Urban, and Roger stay together and hold the manipulators feet to the fire.
The manipulators have to be short on the UCAD and Rendal can name his price for the shares they need to cover. Very expensive when we are seeing $15.00 on the market already. Upwards of 7 to 8 million UCAD shares are needed in my estimation to make provision for the naked short positions although this could be very low depending on the true O/S and the distribution ratio. Oct 25 will triple the problem from 7 to 8 million to 21 to 24 million UCAD shares.
7 to 8 million UCAD would cost $105 million to $120 million
21 to 24 million UCAD would cost $315 million to $360 million
Of course the NSS position would still be in place on CMKX and the probability of more dividends is very high, even beyond the GEMM. The probabilities are that UCAD will do another forward 3:1 when possible and CMKX is only distributing 20 billion of the CIM shares (per T/A) and SGGM is waiting in the wings.
This is kind of like trying to pay the minimum payment on your credit card every month and wondering why the principal doesn’t decrease. The manipulators will never pay this thing off by trying to simply cover the dividends and they know it. The exposure has been made and the pressure is on them to either pay us now or pay us dividends now and then pay us later, but regardless of their choice they are going to pay us. We were all hoping for some major movement by the pre Vegas dates as to accommodate the needs of some to make it to the race and the “Shareholder Appreciation Party”. I still want it to be a celebration as I know that is the way we all planned the Vegas Party a long time before Urban and Rendal got wind of the party and decided to make it official. JMHO
Regardless, it doesn’t look like we will have what most were wanting to get, such as a cash dividend, before the race weekend. It is still possible, but not very probable. This is understandable as it takes a lot of money to make a cash dividend happen and it is usually paid out of revenue and not capital. They could actually issue a “Return of Investment” instead of a cash dividend and this would not be taxable. Just a thought in case someone making decisions is listening or reading.
Gold from Ecuador through American Mine and Minera Nevada S.A. is sort of a surprise. We believed that we would see revenue generated from the Ecuador mines bringing revenue to CMKX, but we had no idea how they were going to pull it off. The American Mine and Minera Nevada were never discussed as far as I know. Mostly we were looking at UCAD, Nevada Minerals, Juina Mining, and Yellow River Gold. American Mine and Minera Nevada S.A. were sort of like an end around or a reverse in football terms including bringing back an old play called “A Snake in the Grass”. This play is where everyone is in the huddle except for one player (a receiver) that is next to the sidelines talking to the coach. As the huddle breaks the one player steps back onto the field and is an eligible receiver as he lines up on the scrimmage line. The ball is snapped and the receiver heads down field, usually wide open for a major gain if not a score. I was used as the receiver in a major game in H.S. and we scored on that play and won the game. Great coaching. Much like Urban, Roger, Rendal, Ed Dhonau, and Barry Rayment with the American Mine and Minera Nevada being the “Snake in the Grass”. I believe we scored big on this one. JMHO
Lipipog (Alan) has mentioned the connections between Barry Rayment (DMXP) with SGGM, UCAD, CMKX, Nevada Minerals and the Ecuadorian mines and has given some very interesting insight into those relationships and what they can mean. I too, believe that the relationship with the Ecuadorian Gov’t that Barry has developed over the years has helped expedite some of the permits that we have needed to renovate and reopen some of these mines.
More interesting things coming out over the next few weeks as I believe more deals are in the works for CMKX. Fully reporting is still the major event on most CMKXers agenda as the Vegas Party date grows closer and closer. The dividends and hard work by Roger, Urban, and friends are much appreciated and we all look forward to the continued growth in our portfolio’s, but I know some are disappointed that the cash has not been made available for the Vegas Trip. I think “Pontiyak” said it pretty well that, “Vegas is just one week end, but being rich can be a lifetime”. In spite of the disappointments accumulated by investors on the Vegas Trip Funding the accomplishments in my estimation are phenomenal and the progress for a Pink Sheet Company is unmatched by another to my knowledge. We still may get some financial assistance for Vegas, but the clock is ticking and most can’t afford to plan. Why? Because most investors have their spare money tied up in their CMKX investment. Good Choice. I may not be available to go to Vegas as I initially hoped, but whether I get to go or not will not sway me from CMKX and the future it will provide for all of those that can hold the line.
The last time I ran into a large group of individuals committed to a purpose like this, I was in the military. There are so many incredible individuals in this investment I would not know where to start in listing them, but definitely I would love to meet many of you. I know there are the few that are a pain in the rear, but I prefer not to think about that side of the experience. Overall, the investors of CMKX are awesome, caring, sharing, helping, and hard working individuals that have come together for a common goal and for the common good in my opinion.
Urban, Roger, Rendal, Ed Dhonau, 42000 shareholder base, CMKX, UCAD, CIM, American Mine, SGGM, UCA, KPG, Shane Resources, Neveada Minerals, CMKXtreme, diamonds, gold, silver, zinc, platinum, uranium, racing, etc… any way you stack it I believe we have a winner.
